Our Response to COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

We'd like to take a moment to inform you of the various ways that we are working to keep you all safe and healthy should you need to come to the dealership during this time.

We want to first reassure you that when greeting our customers, all Pacifico employees are maintaining 6 feet of distance when possible in order to respect social distancing tactics as set by the CDC.

For added cleanliness, all touchpoints throughout the dealerships are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected around the clock.

Our sales process has been modified to reflect the latest social distancing guidelines. Once you find a vehicle you like we are offering customer only test drives.

If after your test drive you would like information on your purchase price, monthly payments or trade value we can do all of this remotely while you are at the dealership or wherever you are comfortable. This can be done by phone, video conferencing, text or email. Your choice your way!

All of our employees have disinfectant spray readily available that is used to disinfect all door handles, keys, steering wheels, door panels, window switches, shifter knobs, keyless push buttons, and any other employee touchpoints. For an added level of precaution, you can leave your keys in the vehicle so that there is no need for you to hand them to us.

We are also utilizing plastic steering wheel covers and seat covers, as well as paper floor mats. When our technicians are working on your vehicles, they are using rubber gloves and disinfectant to minimize any potential exposure to germs. Once your service is done, our service employees will follow the aforementioned vehicle intake guidelines before returning your vehicle to you.

Our service team is equipped with state-of-the-art communication tools that allow us to send you pictures or videos of any work that needs to be performed, and we are also able and willing to communicate with you via text regarding any service questions or issues in order to minimize in-person contact. Additionally, you can pay using our service app for touchless interaction with our service team and facility.

All of our employees on premises have been instructed to follow all given CDC guidelines regarding best practices to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and are vigilant in doing so in order to protect our number one priority-you.
